Thai Fried Won Ton
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 tablespoon minced white onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced cilantro
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- MSG
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- Won ton skins
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pork, onion, garlic salt, coriander, fish sauce, egg, dash of
pepper and dash of MSG.
- Place 1 teaspoon of mixture in center of won ton skin. Fold
1/2 of skin over mixture to make a shape similar to 1/2 of a circle. Fold the 2
ends under (making shape similar to a circle) and press the 2 ends together firmly.
Seal the ends with egg yolk.
- Deep-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
