Thai Iced Tea



  • 8 cups water
  • 6 tablespoons Thai tea (found in most Asian supermarkets)
  • Sugar
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Some ice cubes
  • Half-and-half


  1. Bring the water to a boil. Then steep in the tea for roughly five minutes.
  2. Strain the tea, and add in sugar and sweetened condensed milk to taste.
  3. After the tea cools, pour into a tall glass filled with ice, and pour in a little half-and-half.
