Sicilian Wrap



  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup fully cooked Italian sausage, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of fresh pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/8 cup sliced black olives
  • Large flour tortilla, warmed


  1. Heat oil in sauté pan. Brown sausage with peppers and onions until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly heat.
  3. Place ingredients in center of warmed tortilla and roll up.
