No-Bake Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 gram) envelope unflavored gelatine
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (13.4 ounce) can Nestlé La Lechera Dulce de Leche
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, whipped until soft peaks form
  • 1 prepared 10 inch (9 ounce) Graham cracker crust
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix gelatine and hot water in small bowl until gelatine is dissolved; set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese and dulce de leche in large mixer bowl until creamy.
  3. Stir in gelatine mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Pour into Graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  7. Serve drizzled with chocolate syrup.
