Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 ounces (1/2 cup) extra-sharp Cheddar, coarsely shredded
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Dash of hot sauce
- 6 medium to large jalapeño peppers
- 12 slices bacon
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir to combine cream cheese, Cheddar, green onion and hot sauce until smooth. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag.
- Halve jalapeños lengthwise and scrape out seeds with small spoon.
- Heat air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Snip off 1 corner of bag and pipe cheese mixture into jalapeño halves.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each popper and secure with a wooden pick.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and arrange poppers in a single layer.
- Cook until tops are browned, 6 to 7 minutes.
