Jalapeño Poppers

Jalapeno Poppers recipe

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces (1/2 cup) extra-sharp Cheddar, coarsely shredded
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 6 medium to large jalapeño peppers
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir to combine cream cheese, Cheddar, green onion and hot sauce until smooth. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Halve jalapeños lengthwise and scrape out seeds with small spoon.
  3. Heat air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  4. Snip off 1 corner of bag and pipe cheese mixture into jalapeño halves.
  5. Wrap one slice of bacon around each popper and secure with a wooden pick.
  6. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and arrange poppers in a single layer.
  7. Cook until tops are browned, 6 to 7 minutes.
