Zucchini-Pineapple Bread




  1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract.
  2. Add zucchini.
  3. Sift dry ingredients into mixture.
  4. Stir in undrained pineapple and nuts.
  5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
