Your cakes and cupcakes will release from the fanciest pans without leaving any flour residue when you use this Pan Release. It also works well for loaf pans when baking bread. It also makes pan cleanup much easier!
- 1 part vegetable oil
- 1 part vegetable shortening
- 1 part all-purpose flour
- Place in mixing bowl and whip until it has multiplied in volume, and resembles Marshmallow Creme.
- Place in container and store on counter. In hot weather it may be refrigerated, but remember to take it out of the refrigerator as it should be at room temperature for the easiest spreadability.
- Brush pans generously with pastry brush, reaching into all corners and crevices.
