Dennis has been in love with food since he was given a cookbook for his eighth birthday. Since then, he has burnt food from Miami, Florida to Point Barrow, Alaska. He is the general manager of The Prepared Pantry in Rigby, Idaho, where he can burn food every day. He has worked as a professional baker and behind a grill. He teaches classes on baking and is the author of How to Bake, a book about the art and science of baking.
