Ludger's Restaurant Winekraut

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 pound green or red grapes
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 small head cabbage

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in butter.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, wine, and grapes. Cook until tender.
  3. Serve with Beef Rouladen.
