Ludger's Restaurant Winekraut
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 pound green or red grapes
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 small head cabbage
Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter.
- Add chopped cabbage, wine, and grapes. Cook until tender.
- Serve with Beef Rouladen.
