Cajun Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, parsley and chopped mushroom stems.
  2. Add egg and hot sauce.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Drizzle with the melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
