A force to be reckoned with, our Hurricane Cocktail is made with both dark and light rum, as well as passion fruit, orange and lime juices. This is one of many famous drinks in New Orleans.

  • 1/4 cup light rum (2 ounces)
  • 3 tablespoons passion fruit juice (1 1/2 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice (1 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (1 ounce)
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 maraschino cherry with stem

  1. In hurricane glass over ice, mix rum, fruit juices and grenadine syrup.
  2. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
