Mardi Gras Shrimp


  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 8 12 ounces pasta


  1. Melt butter, press garlic, chop onions; mix together.
  2. Peel shrimp, add to butter and sauté for 4 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning, cream and cooked pasta and toss together.
