Mardi Gras Shrimp
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 8 12 ounces pasta
- Melt butter, press garlic, chop onions; mix together.
- Peel shrimp, add to butter and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Add seasoning, cream and cooked pasta and toss together.
