Lisa's Nutty Coconut Cranberry Sauce



  • 2 (16 ounce) bags whole cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Combine all in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes until bubble and cranberries are softened.
  2. Cool and chill.
  3. Serve cold or re-warmed.
