Lisa's Nutty Coconut Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) bags whole cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine all in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and cranberries are softened.
- Cool and chill.
- Serve cold or rewarmed.
