Lisa's Nutty Coconut Cranberry Sauce
- 2 (16 ounce) bags whole cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Combine all in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake in a 350 degree F oven for
30 minutes until bubble and cranberries are softened.
- Cool and chill.
- Serve cold or re-warmed.
