Sourdough Steak
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (3 pound) round steak
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Sourdough Starter
- 3/4 cup shortening
Instructions
- Tenderize meat, then cut into serving size pieces.
- Mix flour and remaining ingredients.
- Dip steaks into the Sourdough Starter, then into the flour.
- Fry in 1 inch of hot grease.
