- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 pound Cheddar cheese,
- 2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper juice
- 1 medium onion, grated fine
- Heat all ingredients in a double boiler until the cheese is melted and ingredients
are thoroughly blended.
- Serve in a chafing dish with corn chips.
