Guava Milk Shake
- 4 medium ripe guavas
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, or to taste
- Cut guavas in half; scoop flesh into a blender, being careful to remove the seeds.
- Pour the milk and sugar into the blender and puree until smooth. Test the shake
for sweetness and add more sugar if necessary, pureeing again for a few seconds.
- Pour the shake into glasses and serve at once.
Yield: 4 (8 ounce) servings
