Tuna Fajita

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 small cans tuna
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread tuna down center of tortilla. Spread salsa over tuna. Sprinkle with lettuce. Roll up tortilla loosely like a rug.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  3. Spread some cream cheese on top and you're in heaven.

Yield: 1 fajita
