- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 small cans tuna
- 1/3 cup salsa
- Cream cheese
- Spread tuna down center of tortilla. Spread salsa over tuna.
Sprinkle with lettuce. Roll up tortilla loosely like a rug.
- Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
- Spread some cream cheese on top and you're in heaven.
Yield: 1 fajita
