Santa Fe Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, cooked and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans corn, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream, if desired.
