Sweet Tooth Snowballs

Yield: 4 dozen

Ingredients

• 2 cups Biscuit Baking Mix
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 egg
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar or granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Combine baking mix, applesauce, nutmeg and egg.
2. Drop by teaspoonsful into deep hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
3. Remove with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels.
4. Roll in confectioners' sugar or granulated sugar.
