Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Sheet Cake

Who knew making a cake could be this easy!

Pumpkin Spice Sheet Cake recipe

Yield: 15 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box spice cake mix*
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Generously grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix spice cake mix and canned pumpkin together in a large bowl until well combined; spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool.
  6. If desired, frost with cream cheese frosting.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for serving the next day.
