Soda Pop Cupcakes

Yield: about 24 cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix
• 1 (12 ounce) can soda, club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

1. Follow the directions on the box mix to heat oven to the proper temperature. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix and soda for two minutes, either by hand or with an electric mixer.
3. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake cups. Follow the directions on the box mix for baking times.
4. If desired, when the cupcakes are cool, frost with your favorite icing.
