Won Tons
Ingredients
- 1 package won ton wrappers
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 can mushrooms, diced
- 2/3 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Brown meat, then drain.
- In a medium size bowl mix meat, mushrooms and cheese. Place 1 teaspoon filling on each won ton wrapper. Using fingers, dampen all corners of wrapper. Pinch diagonal corners together to make a square.
- Fry in 1 inch of grease. Brown on bottom, turn and brown top. These cook very fast.
- Drain on paper towel before putting into serving dish.
Notes
To reheat, repeat frying process.
