Blue Cheese Biscuits



  • 1 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled


  1. Cut biscuits into quarters. Arrange in two 8-inch pans.
  2. Melt butter and cheese. Pour over biscuits.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F about 8 minutes or until golden.
  4. Serve hot.
