- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Cubed American cheese
- Blend butter and cream cheese; blend in flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
- Roll 1/8 inch thick, then cut into 2-inch rounds. Place a cheese cube on
half of each round; fold over and crimp edges; place on baking sheet. Chill
until baking time.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
