Smashed Cinnamon Rolls

Smash your heart out and eat these delicious Smashed Cinnamon Rolls. A great way to make Cinnamon Rolls while camping or adding them to your big flat top griddle breakfast plan!

Smashed Cinnamon Rolls recipe

Prep: 5 min | Bake: 3 min | Yield: 6 servings


  • 6 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1 packet Cream Cheese Icing (included)


  1. Thaw cinnamon rolls until they are thawed but still cold.
  2. Heat a flat top griddle to medium low heat.
  3. Place a cinnamon roll on the griddle and cover with a piece of parchment paper sprayed with nonstick spray.
  4. Smash with a heavy bottom pan or burger or bacon press.
  5. Cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Frost with included frosting.
