Baked Sausage Patties



  • 1 (16 ounce) package bulk pork sausage


  1. Shape pork sausage into 8 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a rack in a broiler pan.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
  4. To make ahead, prepare as directed; let cool.
  5. Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.
  6. Before baking, let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F in foil 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
