Baked Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package bulk pork sausage
Instructions
- Shape pork sausage into 8 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a rack in a broiler pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
- Drain on paper towels.
- To make ahead, prepare as directed; let cool.
- Wrap in aluminum foil; refrigerate.
- Before baking, let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees F in foil for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
