Moon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • La Creme whipped topping
  • Smucker's chocolate fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Mix water and butter over heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add flour and blend.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
  4. Spread on a greased cookie or jellyroll pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes.
  5. Let cake cool completely.
  6. Mix pudding with milk and cream cheese. Spread over crust.
  7. Top with whipped topping.
  8. Drizzle fudge over topping and refrigerate.
