Camp Trail Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients vigorously 1/2 minute.
  2. Pour batter into hot greased 8-inch square pan.
  3. Bake in a hot reflector oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn pan and bake for 10 - 15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
