- 1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers, crumbled fine
- 1 (16 ounce ) box confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (7 ounce) package Angel Flake Coconut
- Blend thoroughly first 4 ingredients.
- Gradually add enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency.
- Shape into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in coconut.
- Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer.
