Coconut Creams



  • 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk milk
  • 4 cups coconut
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 10 tablespoons paraffin


  1. Mix butter, confectioners' sugar, sweetened condensed milk and coconut with mixer.
  2. Roll into 3/4 inch balls.
  3. Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Chill.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler.
  6. Dip balls into chocolate.
  7. Chill.
