- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk milk
- 4 cups coconut
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 10 tablespoons paraffin
- Mix butter, confectioners' sugar, sweetened condensed milk and coconut with mixer.
- Roll into 3/4 inch balls.
- Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler.
- Dip balls into chocolate.
