Date Balls



  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut


  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat until melted.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute while stirring.
  3. Let cool and roll into balls.
  4. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
