- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 package dates, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Marshmallow Creme
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Cook sugar, eggs yolks, butter, dates, nuts and Marshmallow Creme for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat until well blended.
- Add crisp rice cereal and vanilla extract.
- Form into balls.
- Roll in coconut.
