Butterfinger Ice Cream
This is for a 1 1/2 gallon freezer.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- Milk (to fill freezer)
- 4 king-size Butterfingers or 8 (11 ounce) size Butterfingers
Instructions
- Mix the first 6 ingredients, then add the chopped or broken Butterfingers.
- Freeze in ice cream maker.
