Brandy Logs

Yield: 6 dozen

Ingredients

• 4 cups Graham cracker crumbs
• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup brandy
• Confectioners' sugar

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except confectioners' sugar. Blend well and refrigerate until firm.
2. Roll out into 1-inch logs and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
