Chocolate Rum Dums

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 ounces chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark rum

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed wafers, pecans, sugar, syrup and rum. Mix well.
  2. Shape by teaspoonsful into round balls.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Roll in extra sugar.
