Crunchy Munchies



  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup potato sticks
  • 1 cup salted peanuts


  1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat chips on HIGH for 2 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
  2. Stir in potato sticks and peanuts.
  3. Drop by teaspoonsful onto wax paper-lined baking sheets.
  4. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
  5. Store in airtight containers.

Microwave oven times may vary. Chips may be melted in a double boiler instead of a microwave.

Yields about 3 1/2 dozen (1 per serving).
