- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup potato sticks
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat chips on HIGH for 2 minutes or until melted,
- Stir in potato sticks and peanuts.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto wax
paper-lined baking sheets.
- Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
- Store in airtight
Microwave oven times may vary. Chips may be melted in a double boiler instead
of a microwave.
Yields about 3 1/2 dozen (1 per serving).
