Honey Candy


  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cream


  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy sauce pan and cook slowly until it reaches the hard ball stage.
  2. Pour onto a buttered platter.
  3. When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull until a golden color.
  4. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
