Pineapple Kisses



  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup very firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 to 1 cup powdered milk


  1. Put butter, brown sugar and pineapple into a saucepan. Boil slowly 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until sugar is melted; remove from heat, and cool thoroughly.
  2. Add powdered milk (enough to give firm, creamy consistency). Beat until smooth.
  3. Drop from teaspoon onto buttered wax paper.
  4. Chill for 1 hour or longer, or until easily handled.
