- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup very firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
- 3/4 to 1 cup powdered milk
- Put butter, brown sugar and pineapple into a saucepan. Boil slowly 2 minutes,
stirring constantly, or until sugar is melted; remove from heat, and cool thoroughly.
- Add powdered milk (enough to give firm, creamy consistency). Beat until smooth.
- Drop from teaspoon onto buttered wax paper.
- Chill for 1 hour or longer, or until easily handled.
