- 1 cup vanilla, milk or white chocolate pieces
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup pastel-colored miniature marshmallows
- In medium saucepan, melt vanilla pieces over very low heat. Remove from heat.
- Stir in ginger, cashews, noodles and marshmallows.
- Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper;
