- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanuts (unsalted or salted)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups canned chow mein noodles
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave or top of double boiler. Cool.
- Add peanuts,
raisins and noodles.
- Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. Let set.
- Remove to serving
Variations: Use butterscotch, vanilla or peanut butter chips. For pastel effect
with vanilla chips, stir in food coloring (preferable the paste-type) during melting
