Who said that fudge is only for the holidays. This is a simple four-ingredient recipe that never fails to please all year long. This is a delightfully smooth and creamy fudge.
Alternative pan preparation for fudge: Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the width of the pan, leaving enough length to extend over two opposite sides of the pan. This will be the handles to easily remove the fudge after it has set. Spray the parchment with butter cooking spray. After the fudge has set, use the parchment handles to pull the fudge out of the pan and then just peel it away from the fudge. We do not recommend using aluminum foil, as aluminum leaches into food.
