Carraba's Spiedino di Mare is my absolute favorite and I have the recipe for you. I searched all over the web and I don't even remember where I found it, but, I've made it and it is almost identical to getting it there!
I found that it tasted more like the Carrabba's dish when I just poured the lemon butter over the scallops and shrimp and served it like that instead of having it on the side.
