Cheesecake Factory Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, very finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cups mixed baby greens (mesclun)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except greens and whisk until smooth or blend at low speed.
  2. Chill.
  3. When ready to serve, put 2 cups greens on each salad dish and top with dressing.
