Chipotle Restaurant Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 24 ripe avocados
  • 1 1/2 cups red onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash avocados. Cut in half and scoop out the meat into a large bowl.
  2. Partially mash the avocados.
  3. Add onion, jalapeños, garlic and lime juice.
  4. Mash together until well blended and fairly creamy in consistency.
  5. Salt to taste.
