Chuy's Creamy jalapeño Dip and Dressing
Use Chuy's Creamy jalapeño Dip and Dressing recipe as a dip for tortilla chips or as a dressing for tacos or burrito bowls.
Yield: about 4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup roasted green chiles (I'm sure canned would be okay)
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (from a can)
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tomato, diced (preferably Roma)*
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a blender in batches until smooth.
- Chill and use as needed.
Notes
* or 2 tomatillos
