Chuy's Creamy jalapeño Dip and Dressing

Use Chuy's Creamy jalapeño Dip and Dressing recipe as a dip for tortilla chips or as a dressing for tacos or burrito bowls.

Yield: about 4 cups

Ingredients

• 3 cups Ranch dressing
• 1/4 cup roasted green chiles (I'm sure canned would be okay)
• 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (from a can)
• 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
• 1/2 tomato, diced (preferably Roma)*

Instructions

1. Pulse all ingredients in a blender in batches until smooth.
2. Chill and use as needed.

Notes

* or 2 tomatillos
