Claim Jumper Yukon Blend Marinade

Ingredients

• 12 ounces Claim Jumper barbecue sauce*
• 8 ounces Italian salad dressing, any variety
• 6 ounces soy sauce
• 6 ounces beer, any variety
• 3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Add desired meat and marinate for at least 1 hour before cooking.

Notes

* If you cannot get Claim Jumper Barbecue Sauce, use KC Masterpiece instead.
