El Torito Marinated Mexican Onions

  • 6 Mexican green onions, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red vinegar
  • Salt and white pepper to taste


  1. Cook onions in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Drain; transfer to a suitable container.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes before use.
  5. Grill if desired.
