Mission Tortilla Factory BLT Wrap
with Avocado Spread

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

• 4 Mission burrito-size flour tortillas
• 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 large leaves red leaf lettuce
• 2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
• 8 slices cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

1. Combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt. Blend with fork until smooth.
2. Spread each warmed tortilla with 3 tablespoons of the avocado spread.
3. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon.
4. Fold in sides and roll up.
