Red Lobster Amarillo Salmon

Yield: 2 servings


  • 4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets or steaks
  • 1/2 cup thick and spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce


  1. Mix barbecue and horseradish sauce together.
  2. Grill one side of the salmon on a well-oiled grill. After turning over, baste cooked side with sauce mixture.
  3. Before taking off the grill flip again and baste the other side of the fish.
