Rocky Mount Inn Dried Beef Chicken Wrap
- Dried beef (in jar)
- Boneless chicken breast
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Line casserole dish with dried beef.
- Wrap chicken with 1 slice of bacon. Place on beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for two hours.
This is good served over rice.
