Rocky Mount Inn Dried Beef Chicken Wrap


  • Dried beef (in jar)
  • Boneless chicken breast
  • Bacon
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream


  1. Line casserole dish with dried beef.
  2. Wrap chicken with 1 slice of bacon. Place on beef.
  3. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for two hours.

This is good served over rice.
